A new Android application developed through Google’s translation system dubbed – Translate for animals.
How the Technology Works:

Having installed the app on your handset, it now serves as a recording system for recording the animal sounds, transmits them to Google servers where the speech translation and recognition analyze the Biological acoustics
The voice recognition software now checks itself against the millions of sounds in Google’s animal linguistic database and then produces a translation in plain English.
