Tecno is fast on a smartphone launch spree with reports after announcing the Tecno Pouvoir 4 here in Nigeria, the Transsion-owned company is set to launch the Tecno Spark Power 2 device.
The company has started teasing the arrival of the phone, confirming a few key details and specs to expect from thee phone as well.
However, A dedicated Flipkart page has also been spotted, and it seems to have crossed the line to reveal the pricing of the phone, alongside a few other information of the upcoming smartphone.
So difficult to keep things under wraps these days…
Tecno Spark Power 2 Expected Specifications and Features
The Tecno Spark Power 2 is said to be the successor to the Tecno Spark Power smartphone that was announced last year.
The Flipkart page reveals the Tecno Spark Power 2 has frontal stereo sound speakers and comes with a waterdrop-style notch display.
The phone’s bottom edge houses a speaker grille, the USB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
In the camera department, the phone is said to have quad rear cameras placed in a straight line. The company teases ‘the giant is coming’ hinting at a large display size and battery.
To recall, the Tecno Spark Power launched last year came with a 6,000mAh battery , and the successor should introduce a similar large battery, if not bigger.
The hashtag #BestBatterySmartphone has been used indicating that the Tecno Spark Power 2 may incorporate a large battery and offer fast charging support as well.
The subsequent teasers however affirm this with Tecno touting the device to last for up to four days on a single charge.
Spark Power 2 Launch date, Price and Availability in Nigeria
The teaser shared by the official Tecno Mobile Twitter account confirms that the Tecno Spark Power 2 is launching on Wednesday, June 17.
The teaser video also confirms that the phone will go on sale on Flipkart and claims that 10 minutes of charging will offer 3 hours of battery life.
Which inevitably means we definitely getting fast charging tech on this…
Users in Nigeria can expect to get the Tecno Spark Power 2 from official Tecno outlets after launch.
The Flipkart page reiterates the the Tecno Spark Power 2 will be priced at $131 (approximately NGN50,760) in Nigeria. The device will come in two colour variants, Black and Green shades.
